In comparison to a full upright replacement, a typical MTACIS delivered pallet rack repair will be completed 4 times faster and can require as much as 75% less product movement.  We routinely perform the repairs without removing any of our clients’ goods from the beams, unless the beam must be removed to accomplish the repair, as in the case of a “dog-legged” upright.  But, we do not require the upper beams to be cleared unless they contain weights in excess of our engineered pallet rack jack system.

Our vendor, MacRak, offers a lifetime warranty on their ELITE line of repair kits that are designed in such a way that they are essentially permanent fixes. These units are routinely installed in coolers, freezers, deep freezers, and any ambient temperature spaces where high impact or frequent impact locations can benefit from these structural units. The manufacturers’ warranty on these products will cover replacement of the unit only, meaning they will provide a new kit (labor not included) if the ELITE kit is damaged and requires replacement.

We also offer a full pallet rack PM program where we will provide you with quarterly, semi-annual, or annual site visits to gather wall-to-wall current data regarding damage to your structures.  Following the damage assessment, you will receive a report of our findings, followed by an estimate to provide and install pallet rack repair kits at your location.
